What Every Player Should Know

To open and use a jiliy account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception.

Your jiliy account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including bets placed, games played, and any transactions initiated. Account access is secured through OTP verification — keep your mobile number and login credentials confidential.

All transactions at jiliy are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliy supports deposits through Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

By making a deposit at jiliy, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source, that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.

• Deposits are credited to your account in PHP after successful payment confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• jiliy does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• jiliy may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at its discretion.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your verified payment method. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. This is a standard player protection requirement and is not waivable.

jiliy processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. VIP members at Gold and Platinum tier levels receive prioritised processing as part of the VIP programme benefits. Withdrawal timeframes depend on your payment method and may be subject to additional processing time from your bank or e-wallet provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that match your verified account identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are visible in your account dashboard.
• jiliy may place temporary holds on withdrawals pending additional verification for security purposes.
